The site is also a blog, with articles and posts relevant to addiction, drug rehabs, philosophy of treatment, and many other topics of interest. The site’s founder, Curt Maddon is a long-time treatment professional operating as a consultant to addicts, alcoholics, families, treatment centers, interventionists, clinicians, and other helping professionals. The services offered on this site, with the exception of monitoring and accountability services, are free of charge.

Having said that, Curt has integrity in the recommendations that he makes. For instance, if a patient is presented to him that has a significant trauma history along with chemical dependency, he would consider referring that patient to a treatment center that specializes in that particular type of treatment. Curt’s recommendations are always client driven, meaning that the best interest of the sufferer and his or her family is the only thing that matters. Let there be no question or mistake about this.

On another matter, SoberHelpNow is a blog site with a definite, experienced, position on addiction, its treatment, maintenance of recovery methods, etc.. However, we are open to feedback from others drawn from experience, position, dissent, fair argument, praise, an admonition, an honest desire to be helpful, or anything else productive.
